GAVS Technologies worked with the Agricultural Lending Organization, the largest agricultural lending organization in the United States, to modernize its loan platform. The organization faced slow, manual loan processes, frequent errors, and the need for a more flexible system that could support customized agricultural lending products while improving user experience and integration across its federated network.

GAVS Technologies implemented a multi-phased SOA/microservices-based solution centered on Farm Credit Express and Credit Delivery, with domain services, an enterprise service bus, and cloud-based document generation and management. The new system automated major loan-processing steps, improved governance and reusability, and cut loan processing time from 85–90 days to under 5 days, while also reducing the loan disbursal cycle by 95% through e-signature integration and improving overall customer experience.
