Gravitate, a results-driven digital marketing and design agency founded in 1999, was tasked with consolidating 60 Campus Living Villages micro‑sites into a single global website. The team’s long-standing challenge was messy, disorganized and hard-to-prioritize content—previous internal Excel sheets and a custom WordPress approach couldn’t scale to manage hundreds of pages or get clients to deliver usable copy.

By adopting GatherContent, Gravitate built templates and pre‑built pages (with instructions and metadata), used Template and Copy Project functions for similar regional sites, and gave non‑technical clients an easy interface to add content.
