Lippman Connects, the organizer of the Exhibition and Convention Executives Forum (ECEF), faced the challenge of providing engaging and productive virtual networking for industry executives when their event moved online due to the pandemic. They turned to the vendor Gather Voices and its interactive, web-based gallery product, The Hive, to facilitate connections among attendees, sponsors, and speakers.

Using the Gather Voices solution, the team was able to collect, edit, and publish over 100 self-introduction videos. This resulted in a highly successful virtual networking experience, with over 70% of registered attendees creating a video. The resulting interactive video gallery was viewed hundreds of times, amassing over 1,000 video plays before, during, and after the event.
