Rouch World is a family‑owned off‑road vehicle park in Sturgis, Michigan, offering 300 acres of trails, wetlands, a horse ranch, event center and upcoming camping and water‑trail services. Owner Ben Rouch needed an online sales and access control solution so guests could buy passes, sign waivers online, and receive barcodes to open an automatic gate, but the park only has cellular internet. Gatemaster Technology implemented an integrated online sales and POS solution that handles pass sales, online waivers, barcode gate access, ChargeItPro payment processing and E2 reporting, and helped configure a Verizon Jetpack cellular connection and remote support for the point‑of‑sale. The system has been working reliably for five months, streamlining payments and visitor check‑in, giving Rouch World centralized reporting and remote troubleshooting, and meeting the park’s operational needs.
