Hinkle Family Fun Center, which operates two locations, was running only cash registers and needed a modern point-of-sale and online sales solution. Gatemaster Technology implemented their first point-of-sale system (Gatemaster point-of-sale) to replace the cash-only setup and provide integrated sales and reporting tools.
Gatemaster Technology’s solution gave Hinkle an easy-to-use POS with simple item editing, bundling and pop-up wild cards for upselling, plus tight cash control and customizable reports by item, staff and date—improving average purchase points and accounting visibility. The team also deployed Gatemaster e-commerce for passes, gift certificates and game room credits to enable 24/7 online sales, and plans to move to Gatemaster’s integrated online party booking next year to centralize revenue, eliminate manual data entry and simplify reporting.
