How Police Bank Automated Vendor Onboarding

Police Bank, a secure modern financial institution in New South Wales, needed a better way to onboard third-party suppliers while meeting strict outsourcing and regulatory requirements. Before working with Gatekeeper, the team relied on shared drives, registers, spreadsheets, and manual tracking of contract development and key dates, which created risk and slowed supplier onboarding.

Gatekeeper implemented automated onboarding workflows using its Kanban Workflow Engine, along with clause libraries, templates, a centralized supplier repository, and full audit trails. This allowed Police Bank to build due diligence checks into the process, improve oversight and transparency, and meet reporting and compliance obligations more effectively. While no hard time-saving metric was provided, the bank reported streamlined onboarding and stronger control over supplier management, approvals, and milestone tracking.
