The West Brom building society wanted an animation for use online and on screens in branches to promote a host of new website features. It was important that the video worked without audio for its main use in branch to help familiarise customers to the new website’s look. To achieve this, we animated ‘cut up’ web pages and pulled out key content and features, supported by explanatory text.
