The Highways Agency needed training to support the introduction of new procedures, which allowed Traffic Officers to push vehicles onto the hard shoulder. As a crucial piece of Health and Safety training, it needed to be delivered by team leaders, so we designed and produced a pack, to ensure consistent delivery of the content. The video was filmed using Highways Agency trainers and featured graphics to help reinforce key learning points.
