Plumb Center - Customer Case Study

Animation is the perfect tool for communicating complex issues. Plumb Center conducted a big customer segmentation exercise and wanted to communicate their findings to managers. This character animation was produced for their Chinese-themed conference to demonstrate how the issue worked in practice in branches. With the basic issue understood it enabled them more easily to delve into the detail. Managers then used it as part of their in-branch staff training.
