NHS Institute For Innovation & Improvement - Customer Case Study

We produced a series of twelve dramatised video scenarios designed to bring to life best practice in communication around patient handovers and other issues. The key to this approach was to film an exaggerated version of how things may currently be done to highlight the potential flaws, followed by the same scenario using the new intervention (SBAR). We cast a small group of actors and worked with the NHS Institute to create scenarios and scripts to best demonstrate SBAR in action.
