Graham - Customer Case Study

This video was produced to help the plumbers’ merchant Graham promote smart technology products and demonstrate the scale of their business at exhibitions. To achieve this we created a highly visual and stylised video to work with or without audio. We created a visual narrative – from a plumber using bespoke sales materials at the customer home to getting his order placed using in-branch expertise, through to the order being picked at their national distribution centre to delivery to his worksite via his local store.
