Crystal Legal Services always struggled to recruit high calibre telesales staff because of competition from better known national brands. To help their recruitment drive they wanted a video to distribute to employment agencies. To achieve the goal of the video we spent a day filming ‘fly-on-the-wall’ style to allow the company’s natural personality to shine through. Edited to upbeat and quirky music tracks and laced with positive soundbites this video continues to help the company grow.
