Gardiff EPOS provided an EPOS system for Graysons Restaurants to enhance operations at their catering facilities within Leeds Castle. The implemented solution involved installing 14 EPOS systems with integrated payment terminals, 5G routers for network reliability, and digital display signage managed via a central cloud portal. This allowed for faster transactions, reduced queuing, and improved order accuracy. Gardiff EPOS helped Graysons create a smoother guest experience with features like tableside ordering and dynamic digital menus, which enhanced engagement and supported sales.
