Altrad, the French multinational industrial services company, needed to overhaul its compliance and due diligence program to meet the requirements of France’s Sapin II anti-corruption law. With more than 120 subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Pacific, and a decentralized network of compliance officers, the company needed a flexible solution that could adapt to different regions and business units while supporting oversight across a complex global structure.

GAN Integrity provided its Due Diligence platform to help Altrad update workflows, scale third-party due diligence, and centralize compliance activities across the group. The solution enabled Altrad to conduct risk mapping and due diligence on every third party, improve transparency through one unified system, and document activity for audit and monitoring purposes. As a result, Altrad successfully ended its monitoring period in mid-2021, with its program assessed as compliant with French anti-corruption requirements.
