People Psyence® worked with AmBank group to gamify their HR Townhall to increase participation and engagement

People Psyence worked with AmBank Group, one of Malaysia's largest banking groups, which sought to increase engagement and grassroots communication for an internal HR Townhall. The challenge was to move beyond a standard top-down approach to achieve equal participation from all employees and incorporate a digital element for data-driven insights, using the Gametize platform.

The solution designed by People Psyence was a 4-day gamified journey with a superhero theme, culminating in the Townhall. It featured team-based challenges, quizzes, and interactive activities facilitated by Gametize. This approach resulted in a 90%+ participation rate within the first three days, with completion rates for 13 out of 21 challenges reaching 80-100%. The Townhall itself saw more questions and discussions than average, leading to increased awareness and understanding within the HR department.
