People Psyence partnered with Gametize to address a challenge faced by Kumpulan Wang Persaraan Diperbadankan (KWAP). As a Malaysian government pension fund, KWAP needed a systematic and human-centric way to socialize its updated company values across its entire organization, which required quantifiable results and active employee involvement to move beyond previous awareness campaigns.

The solution, called "Let's Ace It," was a two-phased program designed by People Psyence using the Gametize platform. It began with design thinking workshops for employees to co-create the initiative, followed by a gamified experience to engage staff with the values. The results were highly successful, including a 99% participation rate and an 86% average score on a values knowledge test, finally providing KWAP with measurable data on the program's effectiveness and insights for targeted future interventions.
