Case Study: Talent Intelligence achieves stronger team synergy with Gametize

Introducing and cultivating new core values through gamified team building

The customer, Talent Intelligence, faced the challenge of building team synergy among its decentralized HR functions. Employees struggled with communication and interaction, leading to awkwardness and a lack of comfort when working together. To address this, they partnered with the vendor, Gametize, to implement a gamified team-building solution using their app.

Gametize designed a week-long program featuring a storyline called "Nagalima and The Five Tribes" to foster engagement. The solution included 30 challenges that promoted competitiveness, social interaction, and teamwork among 23 players. The results were highly positive, with 376 total challenge completions, 587 comments, and 1,649 votes. Most importantly, the program dramatically improved communication and broke down social barriers, with staff becoming significantly more active and collaborative both within the app and on external platforms like WhatsApp.
