Gametize implemented a two-part gamified platform called Journey Around Asia. It consisted of a Delightful Adventure phase to educate applicants about the company and a JOY! Quest that used situational judgment tests to assess alignment with company values. This solution from Gametize successfully automated the initial screening process, funneling 3,000 applicants down to 500 qualified candidates within two months at a minimal cost, while simultaneously promoting a fun and positive brand image.
