Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools worked with Gallup to strengthen engagement and wellbeing across its division while facing the disruptions of COVID-19 and broader economic pressures. The school system wanted a way to better connect student success with teacher and staff engagement, parent involvement, and community support, using a strengths-based approach as part of its larger educational vision.

Gallup helped Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools implement CliftonStrengths across employees, students, parents, and even trustees, along with Gallup Student Poll data to guide decisions and create programs like Building Communities of Hope. The result was a resilient culture and measurable engagement gains, including winning the 2020 Don Clifton Strengths for Students Award and being named a 2020 Gallup Exceptional Workplace for the fourth year in a row.
