Gallup’s solution involved deploying the CliftonStrengths assessment and providing Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches to train managers and engender associate ownership. As a result, Ameritas doubled its ratio of engaged to not-engaged associates and achieved higher team performance in productivity and profitability, creating a more positive and mission-driven work environment.
