GE Healthcare, a global leader in medical imaging, faced difficulty making vast commercial data accessible and useful for its sales teams across countries. To address questions about opportunities, installed base vs. competition, and where to hold events, GE Healthcare turned to Galigeo and its geomarketing/location intelligence solution.

Galigeo worked with GE Healthcare using an agile approach to build tailored maps (installed base, accounts, opportunities, satisfaction) integrated with Salesforce, deployed across 42 countries to refine sectorisation, allocate territories fairly and inform strategic decisions. The Galigeo implementation drove faster information sharing, time savings and strong user adoption — 80% of users were satisfied and 80% said the tool improved access to information and understanding of clients and competitors.
