The customer, Real Betis Balompié, operates a major Spanish football stadium and faced the challenge of providing a reliable WiFi network capable of self-optimizing for tens of thousands of fans and hundreds of journalists during games, after previous attempts with other providers were unsuccessful. The vendor, Galgus, implemented its solution using access points equipped with Cognitive Hotspot Technology (CHT).

Galgus replaced the obsolete equipment with its own technology, which provides automatic network optimization and cloud management. The solution successfully supported high-profile events like the Copa del Rey Final, with over 300 journalists and photographers using the network simultaneously, and its success has led to further projects in other major Spanish stadiums.
