GAINSystems implemented a forecast-first planning approach, monthly demand planning workflows, and automated replenishment approvals to help ORS Nasco buy smarter and place inventory in the right locations. The results included a $5 million reduction in inventory, fewer cross-shipments and split orders, more strategic purchasing, and better service levels, including a successful $2 million strategic buy during go-live.
