Infor, a multinational enterprise software company, faced a significant challenge after acquiring Birst: migrating the business intelligence layer for its CloudSuite products from its legacy Infor BI system to the new Birst platform. This migration was necessary to move beyond basic operational reporting and enable next-generation analytical capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning features for its enterprise users.

Gaininsights implemented the solution by managing the data migration and developing a new Birst semantic layer model for Infor. They built comprehensive dashboards for both operational and analytical reports across ten different industry domains, such as healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
