Twenty10 inc GLCS NSW is a Sydney-based nonprofit that supports young people ages 12–25 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, non-binary, intersex, questioning, queer, asexual, and more. The team needed a more reliable and affordable way to manage social media content approval, since their communications can be sensitive and vulnerable to misunderstanding or politicization. They turned to GAIN to help streamline scheduling and add an extra review step before posts went live.
With GAIN, Twenty10 inc GLCS NSW implemented an approval workflow where content is drafted, scheduled, and then reviewed by a manager before publishing. This gave the organization greater peace of mind, helped protect its messaging against misrepresentation, and improved collaboration and communication quality across the team. GAIN also provided a cost-effective alternative to a $10,000 solution they had been quoted elsewhere.
