Ricoh Canada, an electronics company, wanted to expand its digital presence and increase brand awareness by getting employees active on social media. The challenge was to find a scalable way to motivate staff across the organization to share company content and amplify organic reach.
Ricoh ran a small GaggleAMP pilot with nine salespeople who shared curated posts, then helped champion the program into Marketing, HR and the executive team. The pilot reached 534K people in three months and scaled to about 2.6 million in the following six months, while also driving higher employee engagement and larger personal followings on social platforms.
