Pivot3, a hyper‑converged infrastructure vendor, needed a cost‑effective way to disrupt entrenched competitors and raise brand awareness around VMworld, their largest annual event. Although they used social media before, sharing was too manual to scale across the entire employee base, limiting their ability to compete with larger marketing budgets.
Pivot3 deployed GaggleAMP, partnering with their PR firm to coordinate real‑time posting from the show floor while remote employees amplified additional content. The campaign reached more than 600,000 people during the week of the show and drove nearly 100,000 impressions, 1,800 engagements and 569 click‑throughs—giving Pivot3 a much louder market voice without a bigger ad spend.
