Creation Agency, a marketing firm, was seeing diminishing returns from traditional digital tactics—banner ads, search and email were all becoming less effective and more expensive. After the CEO noticed his personal Twitter account had more than five times the followers of the company handle, the agency decided to pivot to employee-driven social advocacy.
They ran a 50-person test by giving 25 employees a spreadsheet of posts and onboarding 25 others onto GaggleAMP; 85% of the traffic from the test came from the 25 employees using GaggleAMP. The shift materially improved engagement for clients, producing 1,000–1,500 click-throughs per post on average and up to 2,600 on a single post, yielding a significantly lower cost per lead than paid channels.
