Capital Rx, a fast-growing pharmacy benefit manager, needed a more systematic way to increase social awareness and reach the right buyers at the right time. Its social posts were driving only about 6% of website traffic, so the company looked to GaggleAMP and its employee advocacy service to make content easier for employees to share and to build a stronger LinkedIn strategy.
Using GaggleAMP, Capital Rx activated 30 pilot members to amplify content across employees’ networks. The results were strong: in 8 weeks it gained nearly 600 new clicks, almost 4,000 social interactions, and reached over 1.55 million key influencers; LinkedIn impressions rose 18% in 30 days, followers increased 14.9%, and unique visitors grew 11.6%. GaggleAMP also helped drive a 395% increase in message reach, with Capital Rx now expanding the program to all employees.
