Kelseyville Unified School District, a small rural district in California serving over 1,700 students, faced the challenge of ensuring student safety while using Google’s suite of educational tools. Gaggle implemented its solution to monitor student accounts within the Google environment, which resulted in the platform being particularly helpful for detecting incidents of bullying and fighting. The superintendent stated that Gaggle made his job easier by sending alerts only when his attention was required, allowing him to not manually monitor every account.
