Objective Paradigm, a Chicago-based recruiting firm known for community philanthropy, wanted to both give back locally and gain honest insight into how the software their teams use impacts performance. They partnered with G2 Crowd and its G2 Gives initiative, leveraging G2 Crowd’s review platform to turn employee product reviews into a fundraising opportunity for the Chicago Tech Academy.
G2 Crowd supplied a campaign landing page, a $10-per-verified-review donation structure (via its G2 Gives partnership with the ITA), and a report comparing Objective Paradigm’s team feedback to industry averages. Objective Paradigm mobilized 55 employees to write 103 reviews, raising $1,030 for ChiTech and helping 103 students, while also receiving actionable software-use insights from G2 Crowd’s data.
