To solve this, Certify partnered with G2 Crowd and licensed the Expense Management Grid℠ Report to provide authoritative, peer-driven content that sales could use to differentiate the company from competitors.
G2 Crowd’s Grid Report was gated on Certify’s website as a downloadable lead magnet; from May 2014 to February 2015 it became Certify’s most downloaded content and generated more than 660 qualified leads, delivering a 2% lead conversion rate and a 464% ROI. G2 Crowd’s independent user ratings (including Certify’s top customer satisfaction on the Winter 2015 Grid℠ Report) also gave Certify’s sales team a credible comparison tool to educate prospects and close deals.
