Virgin Active Building a culture of collaboration with G Suite

Virgin Active, which operates 35 clubs across Italy and serves 160,000 members, needed a better way to connect its head office with clubs around the country. Its existing email and productivity setup relied heavily on email, created several layers of communication, and made it difficult to share the latest version of documents across teams.

Virgin Active migrated to G Suite with help from Google Premier Partner Innext. The new platform gave employees Gmail, Drive, Hangouts Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Slides for easier communication, live editing, and secure file sharing, while also reducing IT costs through competitive pricing and simpler licence management. The company completed the migration in January 2018 and said the change helped improve collaboration across the business.
