The move to G Suite made it easier for employees to work from desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets, reduced travel for meetings, and supported everyday collaboration for a highly mobile marketing team. The company also reported a sharp drop in shadow IT and lower infrastructure costs because cloud-based systems reduced server maintenance and removed the need for manual software installs.
