Team Olivia, a social care provider operating in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, was growing quickly through acquisitions and ended up with more than 60 independent companies across over 200 locations. That left it with disconnected communication systems, no intranet, and a difficult way to find employees and share information. It needed a simpler, more unified way to support collaboration and compliance, and it turned to G Suite.

With G Suite, implemented with Online Partner, Team Olivia deployed Gmail, Google Sites, Drive, Hangouts, and Chromebooks to create a common email, intranet, and device environment across the group. The company said users could handle 95% of issues without assistance, the estimated total cost of ownership for Chromebooks fell by 60%, and replacing a Chromebook now takes less than five minutes. Team Olivia has already migrated more than 40 domains and continues to move companies to G Suite at about one per week.
