With G Suite, Randstad gave employees a shared set of tools including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Keep, and Hangouts Meet. The company used Forms and Sheets to cut annual assessments from one hour to five minutes, saving 900 working hours a year, while Google Keep and Google+ helped teams share workflows and tips across more than 35,000 employees worldwide.
