OIC Onlus, a non-profit foundation in Italy, needed to replace fragmented communications and paper-based administration across its 13 care centres. Its team wanted a single cloud-based system that would be easy to manage, simple for staff to use, and suitable for sharing information across its 1,700 employees and 2,300 guests.

With G Suite, OIC Onlus brought Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts Meet, Sheets, and Docs into one environment, supported by around 400 Google Chromebooks. The setup gave the organisation a single communications platform, stronger security through automatic locking and facility-based access controls, and better data sharing for care and research, including anonymized datasets for researchers.
