MyRepublic, a multinational telecommunications and internet company headquartered in Singapore, wanted a leaner and more agile way to expand across the region without relying on traditional telco systems. To support growth into new markets and different go-to-market models, it needed a productivity platform that could help teams collaborate, manage information, and move faster.

MyRepublic used G Suite across its operations, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Hangouts Meet, and Google Sites, and later extended its use of Google Cloud services to Google Kubernetes Engine for back-end systems. With G Suite, the company scaled to 1,000 employees supporting 300,000 customers, kept Australia and New Zealand operations running with only 80 people, and was able to develop business plans and pitches overnight. MyRepublic said G Suite helped it control operating costs, improve productivity and agility, and deliver more competitive products to market.
