Conrad Electronic, a German online retailer of electronic products, was expanding from a B2C retailer into an advanced B2B and B2C platform. With G Suite and other Google Cloud services, Conrad moved about 4,000 employees to cloud-based productivity tools in four months and used Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Cloud Platform to improve omnichannel marketing and e-commerce performance. Google Cloud helped Conrad Connect support five times the IoT connections of competitors in the same timeframe, reduce IT development and testing time by 25%, and manage more than 250 million data sets per week.
