Bci Transforming banking from the inside out with G Suite

Bci Corporation, Chile’s third-largest bank, needed to modernize how employees worked as digital expectations changed among staff and customers. The bank wanted better collaboration, support for off-site work, and a move beyond email attachments, so it turned to G Suite.

With help from Google staffers and Google Cloud Premier Partner Tigabytes, Bci migrated more than 10,000 employees to G Suite in one week without interrupting service or productivity. The bank reported 95% approval of the change, 85% adoption of Google Drive, 70% adoption of Google Sheets, and a collaboration index that rose from 13% to 45% in three months.
