A G Suite Case Study
AVEVE Group, a Belgian full-service supplier to farmers, needed to bring together more than 50 businesses across 400 locations that had long operated in silos with separate administrative processes. The company wanted a centralised, standardised collaboration environment and chose G Suite to support that shift.
With G Suite, AVEVE Group migrated 220 stores in two months and moved its file server stack and SharePoint environment to Google Drive, while also using Gmail, Calendar and Hangouts. AVEVE said the rollout helped deliver a single collaboration platform across 280 stores and 400 locations, and it projected €2 million in annual productivity savings; end users also reported an 8% increase in group productivity in the first six months.
