All Nippon Airways, Japan’s largest airline, wanted a better way for staff across company divisions to communicate and collaborate more easily as a global business with people working in many locations. The airline chose G Suite from Google Cloud to support that shift.

With G Suite, ANA rolled out Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Hangouts Meet across teams including pilots, cabin attendants, HR, and finance. Staff can now work in real time from PCs, smartphones, or tablets using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, while Hangouts translation helps reduce language barriers. The airline also said G Suite provides the reliability and scalability it needs and reduces the resources required to maintain and operate its email system.
