ACDC Express is South Africa’s largest electrical retail franchise, with 29 franchise stores across the country and 33 staff supporting the national operation. As the business expanded, its central administration struggled with frequent email server downtime, paper-based processes, and slow version control for operational documents.

To address these issues, ACDC Express migrated to G Suite with Opennetworks, using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Google Hangouts Meet. The company says email downtime is no longer a problem, versioning issues have been resolved, and its administration team can now achieve twice as much as before; it also operates 240 Google accounts and completed the rollout with no reported problems after six months of training.
