Leading Air Conditioning Manufacturing Company, a Texas Hill Country A/C manufacturer, wanted to provide better employee benefits for its nearly 30 workers but could only afford a health plan with a $6,000 annual deductible. As a result, participation in the company’s existing plan was very low.
