Alliant Insurance Services, a national benefits and consulting brokerage, helps clients find affordable health insurance options but does not administer those benefits itself. To expand what it could offer customers and reduce the burden of back-office work, Alliant partnered with G&A Partners, a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides HR, payroll, benefits administration, procurement, and risk/safety consulting services.
With G&A Partners, Alliant could refer clients to a broader suite of services while staying informed through ongoing communication between the two teams. Clients gained access to G&A’s larger risk pool and buying power, which helped lower health insurance costs and stabilize renewals, while Alliant benefited from referral bonuses and commissions that kept revenue whole. The partnership also differentiated Alliant from competitors by adding seasoned insurance expertise and delivering more value to small and medium-sized businesses.
