National e-Governance Division (NeGD) partnered with G-Cube to address the challenge of rolling out a large-scale learning management system for government officials across India, with plans to expand to 800,000 employees in India and abroad. The requirement was for a one-stop LMS to deliver diverse content such as e-Governance materials, videos, quizzes, assignments, and blended learning resources.

G-Cube customized its LMS for NeGD with features such as self-registration after a diagnostic test, personalized learning plans, self-assessments, virtual classrooms, compliance training notifications, skill gap analysis, and help desk support. The nationwide implementation was successfully completed across multiple offices, improving learner adoption through a logical user experience and personalized learning features, while the platform’s stability helped users find and complete learning tasks efficiently.
