Amway India, the country’s leading direct selling company with a distributor base of more than 1.6 million, needed an e-learning approach that could address very different learner backgrounds and learning preferences. Working with G-Cube, Amway set out to build training that delivered both product knowledge and soft skills to help its salesforce sell more effectively.

G-Cube implemented a theme-based e-learning strategy supported by concise text content, audio visuals, and downloadable reference material for quick refreshers and sales-call support. The solution helped learners access the portal at least once a week, use the materials to train new recruits, and ultimately learn more while selling better.
