Volvo Eicher (VE Commercial Vehicles Limited) needed a better way to train its 270+ dealers spread across India. Its traditional classroom approach was infrequent, inconsistent, hard to scale for new recruits, and offered limited visibility into training coverage and effectiveness, which impacted sales readiness and dealer morale.

G-Cube implemented a customized G-Cube LMS-based learning portal to deliver role-based training, online and classroom learning, assessments, certifications, skill contests, SMS notifications, and detailed reporting. With G-Cube, Volvo Eicher gained a more accessible and relevant learning experience across multiple devices, improved training accountability, and better alignment of learning with job roles, helping increase dealer satisfaction and ensure more workforce readiness.
