Yamaha worked with G-Cube to modernize training for its sales employees, customer service team, dealers, and internal staff on the Yamaha FZ25 New Model Sales Training program. The company needed advanced training beyond basic knowledge, but classroom delivery was costly and difficult to scale across locations. It also needed content that would work for audiences in different regions, including localized support for North India.

G-Cube developed responsive eLearning courses in short nuggets, optimized for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, and delivered the content through the LMS. The solution included Hindi localization, a Hinglish version, and rich media such as illustrations, animations, simulations, videos, and tables. As a result, Yamaha delivered training to a wider audience at lower cost and effort, and around 5,000 employees completed the training within a month.
