SBI Cards, one of India’s largest credit card providers, needed a way to train its sales personnel spread across multiple geographies. The challenge was to deliver customized, point-of-need learning that could be accessed on the go, as its existing courses were not mobile-friendly and sales employees struggled to retain information.

G-Cube implemented the mGurukul mobile app and mobile-enabled courses with interactive graphics, audios, animations, rewards, and badges to improve engagement and learning. The solution helped SBI Cards’ salesforce access training on their tablets and smartphones, improved knowledge retention and geographic reach, and localized content by language preference, while G-Cube LMS-supported courses were shortened to better fit learner needs.
